If you are looking for a professional team of realtors who will really work hard, then you should consider Artem and his team, they are amazing. Prior to contacting them, we had a terrible experience with another realtor and thought there were no adequate realtors, but luckily our friend recommended Artem and Julia and we never regretted it. Moreover, now we are happy owners of our first home.
It was a challenging market; Artem had to examine a lot of Strata documents and write a lot of offers. Julia was very busy planning and showing properties for us. I remember myself noticing that buying a property was no longer something frightening for us, but rather a fun activity.
